Riviera Deluxe Wall Fireplace is equipped with a 1 liter or 2 liter adjustable bio ethanol burner from stainless steel. Bio ethanol production begins with the selection of the biomass. Common crops include sugarcane, corn, wheat, and sugar beets. These crops are grown and harvested, after which they are processed to extract the sugars. This process typically begins with grinding the biomass to break down the cell walls and release the sugars. The sugars are then dissolved in water to create a sugar solution.

The next stage in bio ethanol production is fermentation. During fermentation, the sugars in the solution are converted into ethanol by the action of yeasts or bacteria. This process can take several days, depending on the biomass used and the fermentation conditions. The resulting solution contains a mixture of ethanol and other byproducts, including water, carbon dioxide, and solids.

Following fermentation is distillation, where the ethanol is separated from the other components. Distillation takes place in large columns where the solution is heated. Ethanol has a lower boiling point than water, so it evaporates first and is then condensed and collected as pure ethanol. In some cases, the ethanol is further dried to remove water and produce a more concentrated form of bio ethanol suitable for use as fuel.
